Additional value offered by the Pohanka Collision Center's Caliber Collision Company is that they provided a warranty on all repairs made to my car. Additionally, they provided detailed (verbal and written) instructions how to wash the car and where not to park for the first 30 days; what type of car wash systems, what wash cycle to use, and advice to not wax, buff or detail repainted areas of my car for up to 90 days. They additionally provide ling-term paint protection advice details.
I am thoroughly convinced that the Caliber Collision of Alexandria provided me Outstanding service and recommend their use to USAA and to my friends needing car collision repairs.

"Good service. Vehicle was repaired as promised. Good communication, keeping me abreast of everything that was going on. They drove my vehicle to a specialty shop for repair and picked it up from there. Nicely cleaned inside and out when they were done, nice touch! Only suggestion is to ask customer to call before picking up vehicle because in my case my car was apparently off site, so someone had to pick it up and drive it over to Caliber Collision, took about 25 minutes. Just let us know that's the case and we can come in closer to when the vehicle is actually on property. Overall well done, nice people, repair well done!" – Joseph
