"Administrative (scheduling, keeping updated on progress, arranging rental car) was excellent. Timing was good (they were actually finished before I expected. Repairs made car look almost new. Only complaint was that when I took the car in for regular maintenance, they had to drain the coolant to check for a leak: after the repairs, the system wasn't drained, so it "burped", expelling coolant under the hood.
