"On November 3, 2014 my car was hit (t-boned) on my passenger side of my vehicle. The person who hit me was insured by Shelter insurance. I went through his insurance to have my car repaired. I was not familiar with any body shops, so I called my insurance company Geico and they recommended Caliber Collision to me. I called Caliber explained my situation (shelter had already contacted them) and they said that they would pick up my car and tow it to their shop. By this time it is 11-5-14. On 11-6-14 I spoke with Daniel Schneider. Mr. Schneider advised me that he would be the person overseeing my repair and he explained how they would proceed on their end. He gave me an approximate date the repairs would be completed. Mr. Schneider was very professional and called me every other day with updates on the repair of my car. We had a delay in the paint shop but I didn't mind the wait because Mr. Schneider keep me abreast of the situation and the day he called me to pick up my car I was very pleased. Upon turning in my rental there and examining my car, I was very pleased with their work. You couldn't even tell where my car was hit and repaired. Mr. Schneider was very professional and I was very satisfied with everything Mr. Schneider helped me with and I was glad to know that their work is guaranteed for as long as you own your car. Mr. Schneider gave great customer service, was very helpful and I would recommend him to anyone who needs his services.
