Shayleen Powell was outstanding in the handling of my car repairs. She definitely deserves a "10" in all categories. The repairs were done sooner than the original estimate, which I appreciated. The technicians that did the repair work also deserve a "10" for their efforts. I am totally satisfied with Caliber Collision and recommend this location. As an aside, I never received the short survey in April for the repair work. So I am sending Caliber Collision the survey by this method. Any question that would be in the survey deserves a "10 - the best!"
