"The work was great (except for the brake light that was not working and I had to return to get fixed. I made the appointment several weeks ahead of time and was assured it would take only 1 week. Unfortunately it ended up taking 4 weeks! The delay, I was told, was due to 1. Hidden damage (this was explained at/near the end of the 1st week), 2. Personnel turnaround (2nd week) 3. Heavy influx of hail damage cars (3rd week).
