"This is my second time to this location, first time with it being a Caliber Collision location. After a snowplow pushed a fence onto my car (and after I recovered from the heart palpitations caused by a large fence laying on my brand new car) I called the new Caliber Collision. It was an excellent place under the old management and I wanted to see if that great work continued with this new moniker.
I'm happy to report nothing has changed except the name.
I am very particular about my cars. You know the type, accountant, obsesses over the smallest detail, everything has its place. Yes, I am a bit touched it the head my wife tells me, but I'm OK with that. Kelly not only dealt with my OCD, he embraced it and delivered a flawlessly repaired car. He completed the repair on budget and in much less time then expected. Between the text message service and the daily phone calls I was never left wondering how the repairs were coming along.
