Curtis was awesome. He called me when it was ready and told me he had put gas in my car AFTER a full detail. I turned my car in to the shop in North Charlotte but they said they were too busy to get to it anytime soon. I left it with a half of a tank of gas. It was at 1 mile when Curtis called me for pick up. He had his staff or maybe he did, put $10.00 worth of gas in the car to make sure I had enough to get to the gas station. I’ve had my van at a Caliber Collision before but was not pleased. This shop, and Curtis, went WELL BEYOND the expected. I hope I never have to return, never have another accident, but if I did....
