Immediately James greeted us with a smile and asked how he could be of help. We explained that the running board on my 2004 Tahoe was damaged and hanging down a bit on the front right side. (we priced them to have them replaced but very expensive). Majority of places that you go these days are all about making money, not this place. James said he would be more than happy to take a look at it for us. After James took a look he said it was not going to fall off, which I thought it would. Said he would try to repair it but couldn't guarantee that it would work. Well after a bit he came out with my Tahoe and he had repaired the damage. Charges are very reasonable. James is amazing, he repaired the running board and it's not hanging down amymore, I am so Pleased and Impressed with his exceptional service. Also impressed with the cleansiness of the facility.
