"Great service! I went back to Colleyville Caliber Collision because of the perfect job they did on my brand new car. The pickup of my car was delayed slightly and then the ice storm hit. I went from a 3 day car rental to an 8 day car rental plus the repair cost out of pocket. Troy, the Regional Manager, was made aware of the situation by Amy at the front desk. Troy introduced himself to me, apologized and offered to take care of the rental. Wow! I was so happy with the repair and just his acknowledging the issue, I advised him I expected to pay half of the rental time charges - I had planned on that when the car was dropped off. He insisted he would be happy to take care of it. He gave me his card with his cell if I had any troubles or my account was not adjusted. Again, wanting to be fair and being perfectly happy with their attention to customer service, I let him know I wanted to split the cost.
