"Our vehicle was involved in an accident and we chose Caliber Collision, which turned out to be the best decision possible! From the moment we walked in the door and were greeted by a very pleasant and professional young woman named Shelby, to working with our tech, John, we felt we would receive nothing but top notch service. We then found out that they partner with Enterprise and that we could pick up our rental AT Caliber! The estimate for repair took a few days to coordinate, but communication from Shelby and John was amazing and we weren't left in the dark wondering how things were progressing. Sadly, our vehicle was not repairable. As we went through the process of retrieving personal items from our vehicle and returning the rental, the staff we encountered at Caliber were friendly, sympathetic, and very professional and helpful. "In September 2015 we were on vacation in Jackson Hole, WY (Tetons). We were on our way back to our cabin and was meet by a grizzly bear. It ran out of the woods and hit the side of our car (front side). We didn't see it coming, was very dark, only going 35 in a 45 mile zone. The bear hit us pretty hard and messed up the whole front side of the car. We were able to duct tape it and made it home safely. We talked to our insurance company (Nationwide) and they had a plan for us. Gave us some names of some places to take our car to get it fixed.
We picked Caliber Collision, we took the car over to them and was so impressed when we walked in. Everyone was so nice and helpful right away. We were assigned to Chris and the manager came out to talk to us and meet us, which was very nice. Told us they would take care of our car and make sure it was done right.
They did exactly that! As they started working on it they would call us and give us updates all the time, they also would text us and keep us informed often.
We are so Thankful that we choose them to handle our car. We don't have one bad thing to say about our experience with them, it was GREAT start to finish.
We went to pick our car up last night and they had it all cleaned for us and did a super job at making sure everything was correct and running good.
We would highly recommend them to anyone.

"The experience I had with this office was wonderful!! I would encourage anyone I know to use this location!! They have exceptional customer service starting with the front desk. They were very friendly and helpful. They were confident and were able to answer my questions. At this location I was able to pick up my rental car which was ready for me... Then I met my service advisor Jessica!! She was awesome...she gave me her card said to call her anytime and informed me she would be calling me each Monday, Wed and Friday to give me updates on my cars progress. To be honest I kinda blew that off thinking yeah right. Jessica also talked to about delays that could be possible because of the holidays and the auto industry which I really appreciated knowing that up front. I left feeling taken care of with my concerns addressed. The next morning I received my first call from Jessica right on schedule and every Mon.,We'd and Fri after that!! She gave me specific informations each time and was always pleasant. When my car was done I went to pick it up and it was sitting right out front waiting for me, all clean inside and out!!
