"I took my Avalon in for some repairs in January. The cowl had cracked and the under carriage drip pan damaged in a road hazard accident. I was not really happy with the paint match and also found a scratch on the hood they were responsible for. They agreed to buff out the scratch but, unfortunately, buffed it down through the paint. They did agree to paint the hood and provide temp transportation while doing this. The repair job was good- not great- and they also decided to repaint the front cowl which did match better.
