"I would like to give a big shout out and most grateful thank you to the very professional staff at Killian Road Caliber Collision. While driving to a dealership to have my oil changed, I hit a huge piece of tire tread which flew at me from the semi in front of me on I-20. I made it to the dealership only to get out and see my front and rear bumpers torn halfway off and hanging from my car. The dealership referred me to Caliber Collision which was also approved by my insurance USAA. Russell Mellette, asst center manager, looked at the car, a hysterical me, and said sit down, get a drink, we'll look at it. I was alone, an hour from home and distressed. A half an hour later he came and said come out front. There sat my car completely whole again. I sobbed at their efficiency and compassion. They were used mightily of the Lord to bring comfort and assurance to me. I thank Jamie Bowers, the center manager, for his approval of this act of kindness and Katelyn Miller, the office administrator, for her participation in solving my problem.
