This was my third visit for car repairs (1-Pokanka; 2-Caliber) and each time Chris went out of his way to assist me. I had a vendor issue with the replacement of my rear windshield. Chris took it upon himself to run interference between the insurance carrier and the vendor. Needless to say, all went well and I couldn't be more pleased.
