"Chris May at Caliber Collision deserves a raise!!! After picking up my Mini at his shop after a week long repair, I had a problem with the oil lamp overheating. He sent two guys to my workplace at Nordstrom at HIS expense to have it towed back to the shop. It was a small part that needed replacing and he stayed late that evening after I got off work so I could pick it back up on the same day... Again- at NO additional charge. "I hate taking my car anywhere for repairs of any kind because I don't want to deal with the argument when I pick it up about overcharging or incorrect repairs. I had a fender bender in an older Jaguar that I love and someone told me to take it to Caliber. I dealt with Chris at the Galleria location. When the car was done it was great and completely finished the first time but even better was dealing with Chris. He was in constant communication with me telling me exactly what was going on, what parts were needed or which part might cause a delay, etc. He is extremely friendy, competent and easy to do business with.
