Since I did not hear from his ins co, I decided that my car had to get fixed a USAA told me to take it to Caliber Collision to get an estimate. I was not familiar with them but went anyway. They were so attentive and friendly and checked the car out and told me they would get back to me with the estimate. It was very reasonable and USAA told me to go ahead if I wanted them to do the work and they would cover it and get in touch with the other guy's insurance. Caliber did a wonderful job an 2 days.
