"Excellent experience all the way around. They kept me up to date on the progress of the repair and they did an excellent job. You can not tell that there was ever a problem."   – Janet

"I had an accident on 6/8/2016. Caliber was on point with scheduling an appointment in which I dropped my vehicle off the following Monday. I had my vehicle back the same week (Friday) and the craftsmanship was excellent. They even went so far as to refuse parts that were not going to fit my vehicle properly. Yes, it did take an extra two days to get my vehicle back but I was kept informed the entire time they had it in the shop. I truly appreciated their customer service and complete honesty when talking to them. I think most other companies would have tried to make the less than adequate part work just to get the vehicle out of the shop but Caliber went the extra mile to ensure the parts fit perfect, which they did. It has been over a month and a half since I got my vehicle back and I have zero complaints. You have a 100% satisfied customer who will be returning if I ever get into another accident and will be referring anyone I know to Caliber Collusion."   – Chris

"My car was in accident on February 11 2016 I spoke to a representative from USAA and was informed the car would be sent to Caliber Collision in Fallston MD I was called by the claim adjuster Ross Willis and was told the car was a total loss due to the airbags being released the following day she calls me tells me good news the car is reparable i was concerned and recall telling her ok as long as i dont have any future problems. The car was in this autobody shop for over a month I picked up my car on March 25 2016 it was stalling at first and i was under the impression it was because it just came out the shop and needed to be driven a while after over a week on 4/9/2016 that evening my car would not move without any notice I called USAA Monday morning 4/11/2016 to inform them of the situation it was towed back to Caliber Collision they sent the car to the nissan dealership and I was told it was an Electrical problem from the transmission and it will cost over 4,000 dollars to fix. My car is a 2011 NISSAN MAXIMA 58,223 miles I never had an issue and this occured not only my insurance USAA did not thoroughly look into it as my insurance they brushed me off as if it was wear and tear I have reviewed under car complaints.com that nissan is quick to say wear and tear without looking into the matter waht was the cause of the electrical problem after being in the shop over a month and why wasnt this caught before the car was released my warrant expire on March 27 2016 now im stuck with a vehical parked not able to use. I do not have the resources to pay for a car I have not been able to go to work and very depressed behind this matter Im so disappointed at my insurance for not able to assist me."   – maricel

"My first ever review for good service! My Toyota was significantly damaged on most body panels by a tree that fell. From the estimate, to the faster than promised work, to the fact that Troy kept me up to date through emails and texts... Everyone there was a pleasure to work with. The Manager, Robert, personally wanted to make sure that I was completely satisfied. I've been around enough automotive body work, and painting to know if any corners were cut, and I could tell that this was a quality repair. I could not be happier with the results, and service from everyone at Caliber, in Fallston."   – ken

"Gary and the staff at Caliber Collision in Fallston is awesome.
I don't even know where to start, they estimated 2 weeks for repairs, I was called 2 days later to pick it up. To say my car looks better than new, is an understatement. They did beyond an excellent job."
