"Our new Mazda6 was recently rear-ended and we picked Caliber Collision of Frisco to do the repairs. The folks at Caliber have superb customer service. The process was made as painless as possible for us: (1) They managed our expectations appropriately, and as a result, finished the vehicle 5 days prior to the original deadline! (2) We periodically received updates regarding the progress with out vehicle. (3) They were always accessible by phone (4) MOST IMPRESSIVE: When we received the car back, it was in showroom condition, with the exception that during the repair, the tint on our windows was scratched from the inside - this happens, we understand. The folks at Frisco graciously took care of this by retinting not just the scratched two windows, but ALL of the windows to make sure that the windows matched.

All the guys there are very professional even when I thought something went wrong and didn't think they did the job right the first time I tooknit back to them to make sure they fix it and it was then I found out my car was hit again without me knowing so these guys fixed it again and did with a smile on their face.
