"I was recommended to this location by my very trustworthy mechanic after my 4Runner had been peppered with rocks from a passing truck. I was very hesitant when looking for a place to get my truck worked on because I have had very bad experiences with body work in the past. Since I had a recommendation I felt confident. I went to this location and when I did they were under different management. They officially became Caliber the day I dropped off my truck. I was worried at first but I was assured the same staff was staying on board and I could expect great service. They were correct. I picked my car up yesterday and the results are perfect. The car looks as though no damage ever occurred. It's literally good as new. It was also really convenient to have the Enterprise Rental Office practically attached to the shop. It's a one stop shop when you've be placed out of your vehicle. The staff was kind and friendly and answered every single one of my calls and ridiculous questions. My car was ready when promised and the quality of work was exactly as expected. It's a shame that you have to worry so much about companies simply doing their job, I've had many experiences where companies fall short of their promise. This location was NOT one of those places.
