Even so, the manager (John Kane) took my car into the shop and repaired my leaking tire. Everyone in the office was nice and provided bottle water while I waited for my FREE repair. "We took our Edge in to have about a three to four inch hood dent/scratch fixed. We were greeted and were on our way in about 20 minutes with a printed estimate in hand. The estimate was literally about $20 different than the dealership's but the selling point to us was the warranty - fully covered as long as we own the vehicle.

Having just bought it six months earlier, I was concerned that the paint wouldn't match or they wouldn't do as good a job as the dealership. Upon picking it up and inspecting, I couldn't tell there had been any damage whatsoever.

Everyone was cordial and professional from start to finish. I would absolutely recommend this business to anyone.

Now, here it is less than a month later and we're about to turn it again for much more damage, thanks to the deer that ran into us. My confidence is high on the outcome but I'll make sure to submit comments on this much bigger job."   – S.

"I was in a collision that pretty much made it so that my entire left front end needed to be replaced. Caliber is in the USAA star repairer network so it was super convenient to let USAA communicate directly to them. I had absolutely nothing to do with the process. They were incredibly reliable in updating me with my repair progress and since they were working with USAA I just had to drop my car off and pick it up when it was done.
