Caliber Collision’s Helotes Express location is now a Caliber Express facility designed to more efficiently and effectively repair vehicles that have experienced minor damage during an accident or mishap.
Our Helotes Express location is comprised of express collision repair teams specially trained to determine the extent of a small repair, properly estimate the cost of the repair and then repair the vehicle back to certified pre-accident condition using the latest in parts and repair technologies.
Caliber’s Helotes Express location is just another way that Caliber is restoring our customers to the rhythm of their lives through new collision repair innovations like the Caliber Express facility.

"I had a really great experience bringing my car here to get fixed. I really enjoyed the ease of texting a picture of the damage; they ordered the parts and I dropped off my car the next week for repairs. It was amazing how fast everything went! I dropped my car off at 730 am and by 1130am same morning, they had called and said my car was ready - front bumper replaced, painted, and my entire car cleaned (inside and out which was incredibly nice of them and so much appreciated!) "Service was AWESOME!!!! The service I received from Jose Ortiz was exceptional from the moment we walked in to the time we drove off. To start from the beginning.... I took my car in for an estimate to Caliber on I10 and was told the next available date to take my vehicle in would be on March 7th. Well that was a bit of a wait but I agreed at the moment. After about a week I was about to contact Gunn for an earlier date when I received a call from caliber office in Dallas and told they could get my car in sooner (About 6 was earlier) than March 7th and the location was so convienent, less than 4 miles away. I agreed and canceled my appt at the I10 location. When we drove the car into Caliber I misunderstood and thought I could take my car in at 7:00 am which I did. However my actual appt was fotpr 8:00 am But luckily for us Jose Ortiz was at the shop that morning and he said he would see what was going on and without hesitation he said we could leave the car and he would work it in and would see if he could get it out the same day since he knew we were short a vehicle to get to and from work that day. I feel Mr Ortiz performed magic for us and had the car ready to go and looking like new by 6:00 pm that very same day. He made us feel like family and was genuinely caring and friendly along with his staff. I would highly recommend his services to all my USAA connections He gave us A Plus Service and Quality care and all with a friendly smile. The building was amazing along with the rest of the staff.
