"Sam and his crew are awesome! I was so worried that I had cracked my entire mirror assembly. Sam personally assisted me, took it back to the shop, said it was only the mirror, ordered it immediately. I came back the next day, they installed the mirror in about 10minutes and also buffed out the small scratches I had gotten when I had my mishap. "The repair shop is definitely number 1, very FAST and Friendly Service almost to the point of annoying because they kept me informed at every step BUT this is a great thing, I knew exactly how everything was going and the part they fixed looked better than the rest of the truck although I only had about 400 miles on my truck when it was hit in parking lot. One bit of advise about the Enterprise rental department. DO NOT USE THEM, I received a threatening letter 4 months after I turned in the rental, it had be also hit in a parking lot, minor damage and was out on rent the day after it was turned it. I tried to get an estimate so I could pay for the damage but no luck and could not even get it taken care of because the car was constantly out on rent. Four months later I received a letter threatening to turn it over to a collection agency although I had done all I could to take care of it. Not it looks like they are trying to get me to pay additional damage even though there is no telling how many drivers have been in hat car in the last 4 months.
