"Overall I was very pleased with my service from the moment I walked into their facility to the minute I picked up my truck. The receptionist was pleasant and cheerful. Even tho she was busy, she never lost her composer or her pleasantness. Zdenko was professional and checked in with me on a regular basis to let me know the status of my vehicle. He asked me what was important to me, which were the decals, and sure enough he made sure my truck looked exactly how it did before the accident. In fact it looked BETTER. They washed and vacuumed the truck and made it look like brand new. Even the service man pulled up my truck, opened the door and told me to leave the rental that "I'll take care of it." "Staff went above and beyond their call of duty. Michael, James and Surly were very helpful and accommodating it was hard for me to find the time to bring my car in cause I work 2 jobs so they stayed affer hrs and waited for me to drop my car off they called Enterprise rental car for me and they came to pick me up. I was told it could take anywhere from 7-10 days to repair my car. They did it in 3 business days. When I got my car back it was clean and detailed and looked brand new again.
