The convience of this was great. But what was even better was the customer service I received from the staff at Caliber Collision. I was promptly greeted by the staff at the front desk with a smile and filled out any paperwork right away. Robert, the service advisor, came out and introduced himself and inspected my car with me. Assured me they would get it fixed up like new as soon as possible. I dropped my car off on Monday and was happily surprised to get a call on Wednesday saying the car was ready. Stephanie who called to inform me of this was very polite and professional. My husband picked up the car that afternoon and said he had the same experience with the friendliness of the staff & the same ease of picking up the car as I did dropping it off. You get a sense that they really care about their customers.
