"I own a collision shop in Palm Springs and when I was backed into with a small amount of damage. I opted to take the car to Cailber to have the repair done vs taking it all the way to my shop. My sales/estimator Grant was amazing from the first moment I met him. Owning my own shop makes me very knowledgeable on what's necessary or what is an "added".. Grant was straight forward, never tried to convince me I needed something more than I actually needed. He was knowledgeable, kept me updated throughout the day as to when my car would be ready. When it wasn't ready when he had originally promised.. He was very apologetic. He called me the moment the car was finished and had the car cleaned and waiting up front for me.. The work was perfect , Grant made sure to personally thank me.
