"After being involved in an accident. I was referred to Caliber Collision by State Farm. No one likes being in an accident this is a very stressful time with many tasks added to ones schedule they would rather not be unconvinced with. Not to mention my beloved car. Jesse Amezcua and Mallory were amazing, cheerful, and accommodating. Your entire team ( I didn’t meet the people behind the scenes but they deserve mention) made my experience so pleasant and painless I almost forgot the circumstances that brought us together. With the exception of my dealings with Enterprise rental.( They could definitely benefit from some training from your service team! ) The work was done in a flash. I was reunited with my car in less than 48 hrs. and you would never know she had damaged. Jesse even changed my head lamp bulb while she was dismantled! That was an unexpected wonderful thing for him to have done.( it had taken me nearly 2hrs to replace the one that had burned out. Its recommended to change them both I had purchased the bulb but had not yet installed it.) If I were ever again be in the position of needing repairs. I would certainly come to Caliber Collision . "After being involved in an accident, I contacted Caliber Collisions after State Farm referred me. I would just like to say that the customer service is outstanding, Bri and the lady at the front desk were amazing and helpful. Bri kept me updated on my car, returned my calls after I had called as well. From the minute I walked in, she helped me feel comfortable, and contacted a rental car facility right away to come pick me up. I strongly recommend this location, and although my damage was minor on the car, I could not be more happy with the outcome.
