Caliber Collision called with regular updates about my Escape, apologizing profusely when they had to keep it a little longer than expected. Karen O, Service Advisor, assessed the damage to the vehicle and gave me the estimate, explaining the entire process from prep through finish. She called and kept me informed of the progress on the repairs. There was a longer delay in delivery than anticipated, due to the original work not meeting Karen's quality inspection.
