"Derick met me at the reception counter of Caliber collision and accompanied me outside to get a look at my car and the damage. He was very friendly and professional through the entire process. I was immediately confident from his demenor that the process would proceed seamlessly from start to finish. Enterprise Car Rental was contacted and arrangements made to be have their representtive pick me up the following morning at Caliber. I dropped off my vehicle the next AM and was driven to Enterprise's office where I picked up the rental car. The following day Derrick called me at my office to advise an expected date of completion along with an estimate of the cost to repair. The repair was completed right on the estimated date and time. I returned the rental car and was given a ride by Enterprise back to Caliber to pick up my car which was ready as promised.
