"AMAZING customer service !!! From the the phone call to the estimate & repair, I can hardly believe how mind & caring the entire staff was ... I am a retired woman whose car was hit by a driver blaming me for hitting the front of his car with my driver's side door (yeah, right) ... so no collision insurance coverage on my 2002 Camry -- I could not open the driver side door from the outside -- Louis took my car into the shop & was able to make it so that I could open the door without having to replace it + he did not charge me for making that happen !!!
