"My service advisor for my repair was Shawn Schriver. I just wanted to say how great he was with customer service skills, communication, and just an overall sense of ease he gave in letting me know my car was being taken care of. As soon as I took the car in I got a call the next day letting me know about damage assessment and exactly what was going to be done for the repairs. Every day after that, he called just give me an update, no matter how big or small of an update it was. Caliber definitely has gem when it comes to Shawn as his communication skills are upbeat, friendly, and exude patience and understanding. Never once did I feel like he was too busy for my concerns.

Very rarely does one get into an accident and have their car come out looking better than before the accident. It made a very bad situation turn out to be not so bad after all. I owe my great experience at Caliber Collision to Shawn. I will undoubtedly recommend Miramar Caliber to all my family and friends and on Yelp!
