"I had my car in for repair on 12/29/15. On 12/31/15 they were awaiting parts and that my car wouldn't be done till after the holiday weekend. They called me on 12/31/15 and was told my car was done and ready for pickup. When I picked it up I asked "what happened". I found out the parts they were waiting for was delayed because the parts place didn't have a delivery person. The manager (Josh I think) went and got the parts himself so my car could be finished. This saved me and my insurance company an extra 3 days of the rental car. Excellent customer service!!
This week I took it back in because the "chrome" piece was defective. It was a off market piece which my insurance company allows. Josh got a Honda part and fixed it today and wouldn't be billing me or the insurance company the $10-$15 the Honda part cost over the other part. While I don't want to have a need for your services again I would never take my car to any other collision place. When anyone asks me about my repair or need a repair I tell them if they go to any other place they won't be as satisfied as I was by using Caliber collision. The entire staff was wonderful. Tonya, front office even had donuts for me because of the extra trip I made to fix my Car. You should be proud of your staff there.
