"After my truck had been struck by an EF-2 tornado in Florida, where everyone in Florida says there are never tornados, I called the local Ford dealer to see about getting my truck repaired. They told me that Caliber collision do all their bodywork. I called Caliber and they sent a tow truck to pick up my vehicle. After a brief assessment of the damage by caliber I was advised that it would take about 3-4 weeks to complete the repairs. That was okay with me as my insurance company would cover the cost of a replcement vehicle for the 4 weeks. Unfortunately after 4 weeks my vehicle was not ready. I discussed the situation with Kevin , the shop manager, and he was concerned about all the oil under my vehicle. I told him that was rustproofing applied in Canada to protect my truck from the salt that is put on the roads. After some phone calls we developed a solution to keep the Krown from seeping into the paint areas. After several visits over the next 2 weeks my truck was finally complete. I must say that dealing with Kevin was easy. He showed me what was happening and some of the issues they were having. He graciously helped me cover the cost of my rental which I was totally impressed with. I highly recommend the Caliber Collision in North Sarasota. Ask for Kevin as he is the best! My truck looks awesome and looks like it just came off the assembly line. Don't forget to get a bag of their free popcorn!!
