I have used Oro Valley Caliber Collision twice: about 2 years ago for some minor damage to a BMW 3 series, and just recently for minor damage to a Porsche Boxster.
In both cases they were courteous and professional from start to finish. They worked hand-in-hand with my insurance company, got us in quickly for an estimate, again for the repairs, called us with updates if need be, and most importantly the cars were repaired in timely fashion to just-like-new condition.
