"I had my Car smashed into on I-4. Car was dammaged from back to front. I had barley Survived, left with A Severe concussion and three Blown disks in my neck. They really took care of me. They Made sure i was Comfortable and Answered all of my Questions and reassured me that everything would be ok. After the fine job and attention to detail i got my car back and it looked better than when i bought it.They even matched my pinstripes and re-tinted my windows. Everything looks great and im very picky. I feel proud and happy to be driving my Baby again.If your looking for a real quality job that exceeds your expectation this place is it. "called and told me to bring car in fir repairs on tue then told to bring it back on Monday next week. they called next day and said to bring it in on wed tne next day. told that it would take a week but never got a call for a couple of weeks on a thur and was told it could be ready the next day and I would get a call. no call until fri eve at 5pm and I was at dinner party 40 miles away, made arrangements to pick up on Monday. picked up car Monday morning and all the body work looked good paint ect. went to work that night and someone told me that my right headlight was out checked and found that it was not plugged back in after paint on fender. the floor mat pad covering the floor pan that was repaired was a bit lumpy but it has since flattened out as I thought it would. the work done was 100% well done except for the communication or lack of and the head light not being checked for completion. I would recommend caliber to others with the suggestion that the call for follow up don't wait for a call from them" – donald
