"From the first telephone call to schedule an appointment, the staff took care of everything. Monday 9:00 am appointment, my Service Advisor Antonio Maldonado explained everything to me and gave me a time estimate of when my vehicle would be completed. A few days later I received a call from Antonio advising me that there was a little more damage than expected and that my car would take a few more days than anticipated. He stated it would be ready latest Friday. I received a call from Antonio on Friday informing me everything was completed and my vehicle was ready. When I arrived my car was washed, waxed, vacummed and scratches unrelated to the accident were buffed out. My car looked beautiful.
