"I brought my 2002 bright and shiny, immaculately kept, Chev Suburban with 371K miles in for repairs to the back left quarter panel and bumper. I was treated fantastic from check in with Carly to meeting Phillip my advisor. I was estimated quickly, sent to my insurance agent and coordinated back all within the same day. I dropped vehicle off the next morning for a 8 day schedule repair and was surprised to learn is took only 4 days. My expectations were exceeded by Philip and I am so happy I ended up choosing Caliber ( initially I was asked by insurance to take car elsewhere) and had my work done here!! CONGRATS Caliber and TEAM on doing a fantastic, efficient , professional job! I'll be back if i ever need you again!!

"I sent a note last week about the great repair the shop did to my truck, I forgot to mention the best sell of the overall repair and deliver of my vehicle was the attention that was made to the cleanup to the vehicle.
The way a vehicle is cleaned up before delivery to it's owner, the best sell is always to do a good cleanup, that way the vehicle owner may not try to pick apart the repairs.
The first thing I saw when I went out to inspect my vehicle was the detailed cleanup, therefore the overall appearance of repairs and vehicle looked great.
I have not seen any problem at all with the repairs, the truck still looks great and I hope the cleanup detail is done to all of your customer vehicles and not just mine.
