At the very start, all of the receptionists were very courteous and attentive
and helpful. The person handling and overseeing my repair was Pedro Villalpando. Pedro was very professional and very detailed in going over the damage to my truck. At Caliber, they understand that this your personal vehicle you want restored to new or its original condition. This is not just another vehicle for them to repair. Pedro listened to my concerns and checked my truck for additional damage to ease my concerns that they had repaired all damge without leaving any issues unresolved. I got my truck back in perfect condition just as it was when I purchased it only a week earlier.
I want to personaaly thank Pedro and the entire Caliber Team including the receptionists for your professional and courteous service and handling my truck like it was their own personal vehicle. Thanks again for the wonderful experience and easing my pain from taking my damaged truck and restoring it to new again.
