"This is the first time I have had to take a car in to be repaired because of an accident. I drove on to the lot at the Riverside location and almost Instantly I was met with an adjuster. He walked up to the car asked what insurance company I had, showed me where to park and he took it from there. This gentleman's name is James Southard. From him I received the assurance I needed and therefore I felt secure when I left the lot in a rental car.This happened on January 17th (this year) and James called on the 20th and told me I could come pick up my car. I am a senior citizen and the care I received from James and the office staff was out standing. I was in Management for years before my retirement and Caliber Collision has the type of individuals working for the company that I had in my employ. The service department speaks for itself (I was completely satisfied with the work they did) . I appreciate the care and respect I received. This is not always true with a lot of senior citizens (as I am)

"Armando Hernandez, at Caliber in Riverside has worked on my Audi TT three times, and done an awesome job every time!!
Recently a dealer worked on my car and told me I needed a new $5000. transmission or a new $40,000 car!
I felt uneasy, and asked Armando to check it out!
He found the dealer had failed to tighten the lug nuts holding my right front wheel on. Transmission was fine, but the wheel was in grave danger of coming off as I drove!
SO, Armando, and his mechanic, not only saved me a lot of money, they probably saved my life!!
