"Our Family has been using City Body & Frame for decades. When we heard that they were Caliber Collision, at first I was concerned. I had always gotten excellent service from Don & Kim Feely. I went to the Redlands shop first as it was closer to my work got an estimate and then decided to try the 14th Street Shop. There was a price difference and I was questioning to increase. George was very patient in explaining why the increase. I would have been very unsatisfied if they would have taped off my car versus taking out the window and off the roof rack now there isnt the concern of lines and paint peeling as the vehicle ages. I had a few scratches on side doors from parking mishaps and thought in time I would have to have it repainted. I got back my car and was amazed that they were able to remove the scratches and no charge just part of the excellent work that I have know this location. Denise the front administrator was great to work with she is very professional, patient and knowledgeable.
