"Caliber collision on Blanco Road is the BEST! I've had to bring my Tahoe in twice in the past year. Once for damage to my passenger door and the next time for a new side mirror. Both times they were quick and the entire process was SO easy. Getting an appointment was very easy, they were on time, and staff is awesome. Susie at the front desk-- love her! She was SO sweet.. offering refreshments and making sure I had everything I needed. The waiting room is perfect. Hot coffee, comfy couches, a place for the kids to play. And TV. Roberto was my technician and he was very good and his work was super neat and detailed. Donald has been my go-to guy both times. They went above and beyond, returning the rental car for me, and coming to me to complete the job when an item needed to be over-nighted. I think this shop operates with a very high level of integrity.... a real pleasure to find in a sometimes less than pleasant industry!
