"I have caliber collision national city to do repair on my car last April. They are very helpful. I was impress with the repair except that one time I start my car it is not turning over that seems my battery is dead. When I open the hood and check the battery, my terminal was loose. I know they did disconnect my battery because I have to enter my radio code to get my radio working. Then at the bottom of the front bumper,I think another piece is missing."   – Florane

""I believe it’s the first time I have had GREAT service from my first call to AAA to the call to Calipers Collision San Diego Downtown. The downtown office was helpful from the moment they said “hello!” Fernando Gutierrez the estimator made the process seamless as a car accident can be especially since I did not know if the car would be considered totaled since it’s an old car but it still runs and with the economy it’s best to keep me from buying a new car! He said Calipers would keep the car for 10 to 15 days. In the meantime AAA provided a rental from Enterprise and they gave me another SUV. This was good news since I had a photography job the next day. Finally I was so happy to get my car back in 10 days which helped since I was convinced by Enterprise to pay a $25 protection fee per day. "My car had been damaged several years ago by some idiot throwing rocks. Caliber made the repairs and the car looked great. A couple of months ago I noticed cracks in the paint. I went back to Caliber with it and Marvin inspected the damage. He had a rep from the paint manufacturer test the paint. He then took my car in and told me not to worry he would make my car look better than new. I was actually planning to trade the car in but once I got it back it actually did look better than new. I receive compliments about my car all the time now and have even added a few upgrades to it. No way will I be trading in my car. Thank you Marvin!!"   – Murph

"My wife and I were visiting San Diego from our home in Seattle, when we were struck from behind by a large SUV while stopped at a traffic light. While still drivable, the rear of the car had sustained considerable damage, rendering it unsafe to attempt to drive it home. We have a friend in San Diego who drives Mercedes, and he as well as the Mercedes dealership recommended Caliber. I called, scheduled an appointment for an estimate where I learned they were also highly recommended by my USAA and Mercedes. They bent over backwards to get my car in for repair immediately and then volunteered to drive me to any car rental facility I wanted. They gave me a preliminary estimate of the expense and time and promised to call me the next day with even better estimates. Throughout the repair process they kept me informed of the status and kept refining the time when my car would be ready for me to pick it up, making it possible for us to schedule airline flights to fly back to San Diego. We arrived on Saturday, and immediately received a call from Caliber telling us they were working on Saturday to finish the car, and would even open on Sunday to deliver it to us. The car was repaired flawlessly, and it was impossible for me to tell it had been in a major collision. We have been driving it a month now, since the repair, and have found no flaws. To me, their craftsmanship and customer service were the best I have experienced. I would highly recommend them to anyone!"   – Harold

Guillermo and Trevor were the two who I primarily dealt with and they were both incredibly helpful and professional throughout the whole process. Due to a check engine light malfunction that was out of their control, the repairs took longer than expected but they maintained a constant line of communication with me regarding what was going on and ensured that my car was taken care of at every turn. I appreciated their dedication to finding out what the issue was and getting it fixed before giving my car back. It shows they truly care about quality and their customers. Rather than give me the car back and let me know of the issue, they took the initiative to go above and beyond and get it taken care of. I highly recommend this location and think both of these guys deserve recognition for their great, hard work.
