I want to send this email out to let you all know what a great job your Santa Ana office did for me.

I took my car in for repair and I had a problem with the Enterprise rental office just across the street from your office in Santa Ana. Audrey Drachand at your office was able to get me a rental car at a better rate than the Enterprise office was will to get me. I know she did not have to do that, but because she did I thought you should all be made aware of how much I really appreciated what she did.

Also George Visoso at your Santa Ana office did a great job for me as well. The price he quoted for my repair was good from the time he quoted it to the time I picked up my care. Additionally the fact that he actually got the job done a little sooner than expected was and is greatly appreciated by me.

Both Audrey and George were very pleasant and extremely helpful. I am not related to either of them nor have I ever met them prior to my most recent repair. What I do know is that they know the value of customer service and satisfaction. Because of how Audrey and George treated me I will recommend Caliber Collision to anyone I know that needs body work on their car.

I believe good employees should always be recognized. Audrey and George are the best!!!

While I normally do not take part in surveys, I requested your contact information in order to express my appreciation for the quality work performed by George Visoso and the rest of the team. I was very worried that the accident was only going to be the beginning of my pain. I was fortunately very wrong. George made the process very pleasant. He was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. George did a great job of explaining the process and keeping me up to date on my car’s status. I was particularly impress by his disclosure of certain minor items that I would never have know existed. His willingness to stay late to accommodate my work schedule and seeing him help finalize getting the car ready were just the icing on the proverbial cake. There is a book that my company likes to have its employees read called “Raving Fans”. It appears that George has read and implemented the book’s teachings.
