"I just wanted to take a moment to let the Simi Valley location know how awesome they are! I had my driver side mirror damaged in the parking lot of my work. Called the insurance and they directed me to the repair shop they use, Caliber Collision. Took my car in, got an estimate and set up an appointment. The staff here are wonderful, Jason Gill and his reception staff, Lindsay & Chris assisted me in the office and they were wonderful!!! The mirror was ordered and arrived damaged so we had to reschedule. Ordered again, damaged again and now my vacation is over, I am returning to work the next day. 3 times a charm, this time mirror wasn't damaged AND Caliber sent a tech, Anthony out to my work to install my replacement. I can now see again LOL Turns out though since I gave them cash and Anthony had no change on him, so I said hey, "it's like $1.88 in change, I'll just pick it up later, though I forgot. Get a call the next morning that I needed to sign a couple of things and get my change.AGAIN, they send a young man (sorry I didn't remember his name) out to my work to take care of the paperwork and give me my change!!! Above and Beyondl!!!
Everyone here was very courteous, knowledgeable, so very accommodating and very considerate of their customers' time. Even with the little setbacks, my experience at this location and with the staff was indeed pleasant & painless. I know it was only a 15 min job, but the Simi Valley team took care of me very well.
