"Wow! What an wonderful experience. Who knew getting your vehicle repaired could be such a stress free process? Caliber knew, and they proved it to me when they repaired my damaged vehicle. From the ease of checking in and securing a rental vehicle to the timely repair and return of my vehicle Caliber did it right. My battery needed a jump when we collected the vehicle. Dave called a cew days later to check in with use to see if the vehicle was starting okay. All was fine then but three weeks later and I had to jump the vehicle twice. We don't drive very often and it died from the initial drain during repair. I had to return to the shop to have a trim piece installed. Dave noticed me in the waiting room and asked how I was and if the battery was doing okay. I mentioned that I had to purchase a new one and, would you know it, Dave offered to reimburse me for the expense. Insisting that it was the initial drain during repairs that caused the batteries death. Awesome service. Awesome craftsmanship and above the bar customer service. I will return for all my vehicle repairs in the future.
