You know you have found a treasure when a service team sweats all the details, won't let loose of a car until it is just RIGHT! Minor scrapes, major dents, paint issues, re-sprays, fender replacements. You name it, I have been in and out of the Caliber shop repeatedly, and the experience is always "above and beyond." Joe Hammond takes care of my wife's car, treats her special. Craig Waring gets to deal with my car, my son's car, all the really nasty stuff. End of the day, the Caliber Team is just great people, great communication, fast service, fair pricing. I even jinked up the front bumper on my Mustang, thought I was looking at $1,000.00 worth of work. I dropped it off, head down, in the morning, picked it up later in the day, good as new. "I needed a part, which I purchased from a dealership, installed on my car. The dealership quoted a labor cost of approximately $200 and they said they would need the car all day. Frustrated, I called Caliber, where I have had other vehicles repaired in the past when involved in accidents. They have always done exceptional work, their customer service is AMAZING, and their facility is extremely clean. In this particular instance, the Manager of their Valencia location, Craig, answered the phone when I called to inquire about appointment availability. I explained that I needed the part installed asap because my time off of work was limited. Even though their staff was already busy with other appointments, he made arrangements for me to stop bye and have the part installed the same day in a matter of minutes, while I waited. He literally dropped everything he was doing to help me personally. The car looks amazing, like I just drove it off the showroom floor and it cost me nothing. "After a botched repair at another Caliber shop and a very negative review I was contacted by the manager of the Valencia CA store. Craig contacted me and suggested I bring the vehicle down to his shop ( 110 miles away) for an evaluation. After a phone conversation I agreed. At his shop he agreed the repair was not correct told me to leave it and he got me a rental car at their expense. Unfortunately for him the repair became very complicated and extensive but they didn't give up. It took some time for the repair and replacing some parts that had been installed (non OEM parts) with the correct parts we got our car back. The repair was excellent, the attitude, and professional manner with which this matter was taken care of made it a pleasure to work with Caliber Collision. "I had such a great experience at Caliber Collision Valencia! I came in after a very traumatic car accident, and I needed an axle replacement. I was very distressed because I didn't know if I would be able to afford the service since my husband (who is deployed) and I are on a military budget. Craig, the manager listened to my concerns and understood my situation. He went out of his way and made a lot of phone calls to make the entire repair affordable for my husband and I, and I could tell he really cared about the safety of my vehicle and was not concerned about making a profit from me. He even set me up with a rental car, on the house, to make sure I made it home safely to San Diego while my car was being repaired. The workers there were kind as well and went above and beyond to make my vehicle safe without costing me a fortune. I ended up having to pay half the price I originally thought I would have to pay, which was truly a blessing! It is so nice to know there are still businesses that truly care about their customers as much as these folks do. They deliver on their promises and do everything they can to make sure the repair is fast, affordable and thorough.They helped to put my worries to rest after a stressful accident, which is a priceless gift, especially to military families going through deployments!
