"This was my very first time being in a car accident and having to deal with my insurance company, so I was very nervous about how my repairs would be handled. However the experience I had with Caliber Collision could not have been any better. Darren constantly called and updated me with repairs and anytime I called with questions about the process or how things worked I was treated with respect. Although I am sure they were very busy, each time I called with a question I was given thorough answers and no one acted like I was a pain for bothering them. As you probably know I picked up our Lexus last Wednesday morning, your folks had it ready early as we were taking a trip out of town. Our thanks and our appreciation go out to all that made that happen. The Lexus looked great! I did not do a thorough inspection because as you know you have repaired two of our vehicles before over a ten year period and based on those experiences I had no doubt the work would be as professional as could be! I will look it over when I wash it next, but I am sure I will not be disappointed.
I wanted to let you know that in today's market place it is sometimes so hard to find owners and businesses that care as much as you and your employees do! Sometimes we don't take the time to let business owners and their employees know that we appreciate the extra effort it takes to be at the top of their field!
