I was guided to Caliber Collision by the other insurance company for my repairs. They performed above and beyond my expectations, and, in particular, Alex. He was very friendly, professional and calmly and thoroughly answered all my questions, and I had many. He kept me apprised at each step in the repair process. The fact Caliber also has an Enterprise Car Rental office there on site was as great plus, making dropping off my car and picking up a rental at the same place and time so much easier.
