Manufacturer Special Policy Adjustment Programs: Federal law requires manufacturers to furnish the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (N.H.T.S.A.) with bulletins describing any defects in their vehicles. You may obtain copies of these bulletins from either the manufacturer or N.H.T.S.A. In addition, certain consumer publications or organizations publish this information, which may be available for a fee or for free.

Customer’s Rights: I understand that: (1) I may request a written estimate for repairs which cost more than $50 and may not be charged any amount 10% in excess of the written estimate without my consent; (2) I may request return of any replaced parts except when parts are required to be returned to the manufacturer under a warranty agreement; and (3) I won’t be charged for repairs not originally authorized without my consent. I further understand that while my vehicle is on Caliber’s premises, Caliber may not be responsible for damage to the vehicle under certain circumstances, and that I should ask a Caliber representative about the extent of its responsibility, including the extent of Caliber’s insurance coverage.

NOTICE PURSUANT TO SECTION 70.001, TEXAS PROPERTY CODE Customer understands that this vehicle is subject to repossession in accordance with Section 9.609, Texas Business & Commerce Code, if a written order of payment for repairs of the vehicle is stopped, or dishonored because of insufficient funds, no funds, or because the drawer or maker of the order has no account or the account on which it is drawn has been closed. I have read and agree to the Terms and Conditions.
I understand that Caliber will periodically transfer vehicles from one center to another to speed repair times and take advantage of special expertise across its centers. I authorize Caliber to transport my vehicle to and perform all authorized repair work at another repair facility owned or operated by Caliber or one of its affiliates. I understand that if this occurs, my vehicle will be transported back to the original (drop) location upon completion of all repairs. I understand that I should contact the original (drop) location for more details regarding where my vehicle is being repaired or if I have any other questions or concerns about my vehicle during the repair process.
